I’m Caroline and I want to share the amazing, relaxing, regenerative powers of massage with you.
I trained in massage in 2019 at Jing Massage, Brighton, and went on to study Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy, also at Jing. My massage training was another massive levelling-up on my journey of embodiment – how I relate to my body and the body of others – and showed me just how deeply healing, nourishing and essential it is for us humans to receive regular touch.
There is no emotional challenge too big that can’t be alleviated with regular massage (including break ups and bereavement!).
Very often, we modern humans are very touch deprived, with touch being reserved for intimate partners. Receiving regular touch via massage (and other bodywork such as chiropractic) is a total game changer for emotional and mental health, as well as being highly effective in alleviating acute and chronic physical pain and injury. Whether you have a specific physical challenge or just to support your ongoing health, massage is perfect. And deeply relaxing, too.
My style of massage is based on the Jing method, which brings together a range of massage techniques – sports, Swedish, myofascial release, shiatsu, thai, acupressure, intuitive – which is designed to relieve specific pain and injury problems. It is deep, precise and gentle, which also makes it ideal for a focused relaxation and maintenance massage in addition to an effective pain relief therapy.
I tailor the massage specifically to you and what you need, guided by technique and protocol as well as by my deep intuition. All the massages that I offer are holistic, as I take your entire health and well being – physical, mental and emotional – into consideration during your treatment.

How often should I get a massage?
If you’re wondering how often you should receive massage, the short answer is: as often as possible! If you had a massage every day, it wouldn’t be too much.
If you have a chronic or acute injury or pain condition, I recommend once a week for the first six weeks and then once every two weeks to once a month for maintenance.
For general health maintenance: once every two to four weeks, or as often as you feel you need.
